"W encountered a thorny issue with terminating coverage on rental property once it was sold. The process was slow and seemed to drag out, and I challenged Ria's assistant, Lakisha, to elevate the problem, which she did immediately. There are things an agency can control, and things they cannot, and frustrating as it was, Ria got involved and did everything within her power to move things along. during that process, she was extraodinarily diligent about keeping me informed along the way, right up until the matter was finally resolved. You really could not ask for better service."
